Change of Mind Returns Policy
Once an order has been placed it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled.
However, we accept items to be returned within 10 business days of receiving your goods for a Store Credit or exchange of size only if the below is carefully adhered to. Please note returns are processed within 5-10 Business Days from the date the tracking shows delivered not from the date you send the return.
bizbizemuzikhol offers a store credit for returns. The credit note will be issued for the product cost only if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached and within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Please note; you will not be credited for your initial shipping fee, nor compensated for return postage fee. This is up to the buyer to ship the return goods back to bizbizemuzikhol.
Returned items MUST adhere to the following policy:
1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging
2. Have no sign of wear, stains, body odour, perfumes or machine washing detergents
3. Returned within 10 business days of receiving your order
5. Credit notes are not offered for Sale items and are a FINAL sale when purchased
6. Swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker intact when returning
7. Jewellery, headwear & lingerie/intimates cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene standards
Once your return is processed your credit note code/outcome will display in your order online. The credit note is redeemable then on any product online. It is not redeemable on shipping fees. Credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of credit issued.
AfterPay Returns
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the return process is the same as above. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all of your instalments.
